Sales Support (Vietnam Market)
- Assist in maintaining communication with Vietnamese customers (email, phone, basic follow-ups).
- Prepare quotations and sales documents.
- Support data collection, customer information updates.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams to follow up on quotations, orders, or customer requests.

Marketing Support
- Support basic online & offline marketing activities (social media, company’s events).
- Help create simple marketing content such as short posts, product descriptions, or event materials.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, researching market trends, or gathering competitor information.

General Coordination
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help with planning or coordinating exhibitions/events when needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields.
 Vietnamese or Thai nationality, currently residing in Thailand.
 Vietnamese and English communication skills required; Thai language is a plus.
 Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
 Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts is a plus, but not required.
 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Willing to travel overseas (Vietnam).
