1. Machinery Management
- Manage and inspect machinery transfers (shipping) for suitability.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans, including manpower planning, machine usage planning, and maintenance planning for all machinery.
- Manage procurement of machinery in accordance with organizational needs (including procurement or rental of external machinery).
- Provide consultation and advice on machinery procurement, including evaluation and selection of suitable machinery.
- Manage machinery-related costs to ensure efficiency, such as reducing machinery depreciation costs and machinery repair costs.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

2. General Maintenance Work
- Manage and control the overall condition and readiness of machinery.
- Develop maintenance plans, control repair quality to meet standards, and provide consultation to repair units and maintenance staff.
- Manage and control maintenance expenses incurred during machinery repair.
- Analyze machinery repair work (Overhaul).
- Develop and plan preventive maintenance to reduce repair frequency and costs of heavy machinery.
- Prepare work plans for maintenance, including manpower planning and scheduling.

3. Predictive Maintenance Management
- Manage and control maintenance activities according to the PM plan.
- Plan and propose techniques related to PM implementation.

4. Machinery Registration
- Plan and control the registration of vehicles, machinery, and insurance to ensure suitability by machinery type.
- Manage and control machinery registration processes in accordance with legal requirements.

5. Quality, Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety (QHSE).
- Participate in the company’s business planning process, including defining strategic direction and organizational risk assessment.
- Promote continuous improvement in QHSE management systems.
- Prepare and manage quality management systems, environmental management systems, and occupational health and safety systems.
- Support audits and quality system assessments in accordance with company requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in construction-related work
- At least 10 years of experience in machinery management
- 10 years of management experience
- Specialized knowledge in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanics
- Experience in machinery management
- Good understanding of heavy machinery and construction equipment
- Knowledge of specific machinery such as Launchers
- Knowledge and skills in managing manpower and subcontractors
- Knowledge and skills in budget management and cost control related to machinery
- At least lower-intermediate level of English
- Honest, diligent, able to solve specific problems effectively, highly responsible
