- Sales planning
- Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements
- Responsible for Budgeting & Achieving sales targets
- Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers
- Make regular visits to all customers
- Responsible for detailed market information like :
- Trend & market conditions
- Customer requirements
- Market requirements
- Price & competitors
- Business opportunities
- Responsible for market development
- New product identification and development
- MIS Reports
- Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required or situation demands

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduate, preferably with a management degree
- Minimum Experience of (+/-) 2 years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Pigments or any chemical product for industrial
- Knowledge of SAP preferable
- Understanding of related products in the market
