JOB DETAIL

• Check import entry document and feedback shipping agent before customs clearance process
• Coordinate with shipping agent for clearing import shipment
• Coordinate with operation of warehouse e.g., receiving and shipping of goods, transportation booking, delivery schedule, inventory
• Making and checking the documents of delivery process
• Input data of receiving and shipping of goods via warehouse's system
• Coordinate with local customers regarding delivery schedule
• Coordinate and preparing the documents for import process which related of BOI privileges, TISI
• Controlling of goods by key in system e.g. Transfer stock slip, Pending and NG stock
• Processing claim damage of goods from transportation
• Summary data of inbound and outbound of warehouse and transportation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics and BOI
• Good in logistics jobs e.g. import -export, warehouse, and transportation skills
• Good command in English communication skills
• Strong in working under pressure
