JOB DETAIL
This position is an office-based interpreter within the manufacturing department, specifically in the team responsible for new product model design and technical development. The role mainly supports communication between Japanese engineers and Thai engineers/staff.
-Interpret during meetings about new product specifications, technical discussions, and design changes
-Support communication on issues such as defect analysis and improvement plans
-Perform simple translation of emails and documents (mostly using existing formats)
-Learn and handle new technical vocabulary as needed
-This is not a heavy on-site interpreter role; N2 level is sufficient as long as the candidate is willing to learn new technical terms.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree in any fields
-More than 2 years of working experience as Interpreter
-Upper Intermediate level of Japanese, or obtained N2
-Willing to learn new technical terminology/words
