Looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales Assisntant Manager, with potential and passionate to become a Manager position in the near future.

You will be responsible for sales activities to existing Japanese clients and purchasing scrap generated at customer sites.

-Sales of aluminum ingots
Client: Car industry
Sales Style: Looking after existing clients
-Negotiation and coordination for purchasing aluminum scrap generated at customer factories
-Sales communication in Japanese with Japanese MDs and Japanese expatriate managers at client companies
-Preparing quotations, price negotiations, and managing delivery and pickup schedules
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
-Coordinating with internal departments and preparing sales reports
-You will manager about 5 members after promotion (which typically takes a couple of years, depending on your performance.)

* Candidate can use a company car to visit client

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in any field.
-Must have upper-intermediate level of Japanese; Your main contact persons at customer companies will be Japanese MDs and Japanese expatriate managers.
-Must have corporate sales experience for Japanese company.
-Experience in communicating with Japanese MDs and Japanese expats as customers
