- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenge, development areas, project scope, goals, deliverables.
- Identify and analyze requirements and translate them into functional specification for IT systems.
- Recommend and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with operational capabilities.
- Lead or support system integration, software selection, and digital transformation projects.
- Monitor and track business performance, support annual budgeting and forecasting processes with strategic insights.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields.
- Experience at least 5 years in IT consulting, solution architecture, systems analysis, business analysis
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, software development lifecycle.
- Experience with ERP, CRM or other enterprise platforms is plus.
- Able to use MS Excel, VBA, Excel Macro
- Able to analysis business process and flow
- Able to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical parties.
- Good communication in English
- Microsoft (Modern work, AI & Data, Infra, etc.)
