Develop business strategies for the industrial estate and apartment project, including market analysis, competitor review, and financial feasibility.

Analyze project costs, unit pricing, cost per square meter, and ROI/financial projections.

Work closely with CFO, architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to align project design, functionality, and budget with market needs.

Manage demand generation and marketing strategy to attract tenants from factories and businesses in the industrial area.

Build and maintain relationships with factories, investors, and potential tenants to create new business opportunities.

Oversee occupancy rate performance and develop improvement plans to meet business targets.

Prepare business reports, sales performance updates, and market insights for management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering/Construction, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 5 years in Real Estate Development or Industrial Estate.

Engineering background (Engineer → BD) is a strong advantage, as the role involves working with building designs and cost structures.

Strong numerical and analytical skills; able to read architectural drawings (drawings) and understand basic structural concepts.

Experience in feasibility studies, costing, and market analysis is preferred.

Good command of English communication.

Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure.

Able to travel within the industrial estate area and work off-site when required.
