• Purchase materials, equipment, and services for solar installation or EV charger projects according to the project plan.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the most competitive pricing.
• Select and evaluate potential vendors/contractors according to company standards.
• Verify product specifications to ensure accuracy according to engineering/project team requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare PO documents, purchase orders, and manage related procurement systems.
• Maintain vendor databases (new and existing), including material pricing and technical information.
• Coordinate with project teams/warehouse/accounting to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Report purchasing progress and any issues to supervisors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of purchasing experience in solar systems, EV chargers, electrical works, or project-based procurement.
• Knowledge of solar equipment specifications such as solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and electrical protection devices (an advantage).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under time pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems (if any).
• Team player, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Excellent Chinese communication skills (HSK level 5)
