- Coordinate export documents with airlines
- Send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices
- Issue Air Waybills (AWB)
- Coordinate with other departments and agents

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 3 years of experience in consolidation operations in logistics or related industries
- Able to work overtime (with company transportation provided for late shifts) and able to work in shifts
- Good knowledge and understanding of import–export procedures
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities
- Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
