JOB DETAIL

▪ Thai customers and oversea customers (China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.)
▪ Build up business sales & market share and also maintain current clients
▪ Constantly improve customer experience and satisfaction
▪ Seek new customers and introduce products to new markets.
▪ Developing business opportunity and sales lead via different business channels
▪ Coordinate with related functions to fulfill customers’ requirements.
▪ Annual and monthly sales planning management
▪ Developing a sales strategy to enhance and achieve sales target
▪ Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
▪ Provide regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new business.
▪ Arrange meetings with potential clients
▪ Generated, maintained and analysis and summarize sale report to present weekly, monthly, and upon request
▪ Build long term good relationship with key customers to maintain the business relationship via regular meeting i.e. quarterly business plan review.
▪ To be handled on tracking customer volume performance and update latest customer status in system
▪ Advise the team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions and key operational gaps.
▪ Able to work in a dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
▪ Manage credit control
▪ Other tasks as manager’s assignment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- University Graduate in Science/Business/Agro Industry Major in Marketing/Management/Food Science
- 2-3 years experienced in food industry or related
- Knowledge in food industry and wholesaling
- Knowledge of food materials sales
- Good English communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to use all standard MS office programs and Email
- Able to drive and possess a valid driving license. (Company car will be provided)
