- Drive new business opportunities through product development and strategic partnerships.
- Develop & Execute sales plans, channels, and customer targets.
- Build & Maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Provide market and competitor insights to Shape pricing strategy and Maximize profit.
- Recommend innovative products and services to meet market demands.
- Lead & Coordinate cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Operations) to successfully Launch projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Insurance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Strategy, Business Development or related field with Insurance industry
- Innovative thinking, Analytical-minded, Independent, Self-motivated, Results-oriented and Dynamic person
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
