Overview
This role oversees the production of dental prosthetics, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. It involves managing digital workflows, supervising technical staff, and maintaining communication with dental clinics to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Production & Quality Control
• Supervise the full production process of dental prosthetics (surgical guide, All on X etc.)
• Manage CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and milling operations
• Perform quality control checks before delivery to clinics
• Select suitable materials and monitor inventory levels
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain workflow efficiency
Staff Management
• Assign tasks and manage daily schedules of dental technicians
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff
• Monitor performance and maintain productivity standards
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and laboratory regulations are followed
• Resolve issues related to workflow, workload, and personnel
Communication with Dental Clinics
• Communicate with dentists regarding case details, design specifications, and materials
• Provide technical advice on prosthetics to clinics and partners
• Handle remake or adjustment requests and investigate root causes
• Build long-term relationships with dental clients to improve satisfaction

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in dental prosthetics production
• Proficient in CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and milling systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of dental materials and laboratory safety standards
• Good command of English
