JOB DETAIL

- Maintain SAP ERP systems, including handling change requests, SQL queries, Crystal Reports, authorization, and licenses.
- Manage Microsoft 365 applications — Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other cloud services.
- Prepare and monitor yearly budgets for IT department and company operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, VLAN, wireless connectivity, internet, and VPN.
- Oversee IP-Phone systems, ATA devices, fixed lines, and SIP trunks.
- Ensure data security through proper firewall management, endpoint protection, and confidentiality controls.
- Manage system backups (both physical and virtual) and perform restoration as needed.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new IT technologies for business improvement.
- Conduct electrical and safety checks on IT infrastructure.
- Provide IT support for International Headquarters Services (IHQ) within the TOMOE Group.
- Design and develop SharePoint intranet systems for the TOMOE Group.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT system administration, network management, or ERP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and SharePoint programs is required.
- Good command of English (speaking and writing).
- Proactive, self-motivated, service-minded, and a strong team player able to work under pressure.
