JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for managing the entire process of overseas investment (ODI) in accordance with the policies and regulations of China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Commerce, including preparing regular progress reports.
• Handle company registration, BOI (Board of Investment) applications, and other project-related documentation in Thailand.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions in Thailand to build and maintain strong business relationships with funding sources.
• Identify and develop new fundraising channels, establish and maintain relationships with bank executives, and stay updated on loan policies and new financial products to support the company’s capital needs.
• Plan and implement external fundraising strategies, design partnership models, and support the company’s investment and business expansion.
• Prepare investment and financing documentation such as investment proposals, fundraising plans, feasibility studies, and project performance reports.
• Monitor and analyze investment project results, manage completed projects, and prepare periodic reports on investment efficiency and returns.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in investment projects or fundraising.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of finance and investment principles, with strong data and numerical analysis abilities.
• Professional appearance, high responsibility, dedication, perseverance, and willingness to take on challenges.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent report-writing skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (for communication with CEO) HSK level 5 up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
