JOB DETAIL

1. Present and sell products to restaurants/shops/department stores/cafes/bakeries, etc.
2. Regularly visit customers to build strong relationships and introduce new products.
3. Plan and promote new products and the company's products to meet targets.
4. Follow up on all customer needs and negotiate with them, covering all customer responsibilities.
5. Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations (e.g., RD, ACC, planning department, warehouse department, etc.).
6. Research market and customer trends to generate new NPD ideas.
7. Control inventory, process production requests (check plans), and avoid out-of-stock items.
8. Regularly analyze customer and competitor data (price, taste, etc.).
9. Report sales and analyze sales, summarize, and provide weekly progress updates to management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
2. 3 years of sales experience (especially in processed food).
3. Experience in sales within a business group, such as a department store, cafe, or bakery.
4. Pleasant personality and service-minded.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Enthusiastic, punctual, open-minded, and hard-working.
7. Able to drive and hold a driver's license.
8. 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) / Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / Office hours: Daily.
