Report to: Foreign Director

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of Achieving the given objectives.
- Expand the market share in Thailand, especially in the manufacturing sector.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Management of key accounts.
- Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agritech, BioScience, Science, or any related. *Must*
- At least 10+ years of experience in Sales Management from the agri-care industry.
- Selling experience to both firms (B2C) and manufacturing (B2B) sectors
- At least 5 years as a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/ Department Manager position.
- Strong subordinate management experience.
- Good command of English.
