Position: Senior Sales Specialist/Sales Assistant Manager
Department: Customer and Market Management, Branding and Marketing
Number of Subordinate: Branding & Marketing Team
Report directly to Deputy General Manager of Singapore HQ

Key Relationships:
Internal:
- General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Country Managers
- Regional Sales Teams (country managers, sales reps)
- Product Development & After-Sales Service Teams
- Overseas Branding & Marketing Department (HQ)
- Finance, HR, and Operations Teams (for budget, resources, and coordination)
External:
- Distributors and Dealer Network across Asia Pacific
- Customers and Partners (for events and branding initiatives)
- Marketing & PR Agencies, Creative Partners, and Media Outlets
- Event Organizers, Exhibition Partners, and Trade Associations
- Vendors (graphic designers, photographers, production houses)

Job Scope:
- Responsible for strengthening the company’s brand image, market presence, and customer engagement across the region.
- Lead the branding and marketing team in developing and executing strategic initiatives, including integrated campaigns, social media management, and impactful events such as product launches and exhibitions.
- Works closely with the distribution network and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, optimize resource allocation, and deliver high-quality marketing content. By leveraging market insights, industry trends, and innovative approaches.
- Ensure that the company maintains a strong, competitive, and customer-focused brand presence throughout Asia Pacific.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the branding & marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to enhance LiuGong’s brand image and market presence across Asia Pacific.
- Adapt strategies to diverse regional markets while ensuring global brand consistency.
- Create and oversee impactful marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, resonate with target audiences, and drive measurable results.
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, content to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including product launches, exhibitions, and corporate initiatives.
- Foster strong partnerships with the distribution network to drive strategic marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost-efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, media specialists, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and aftermarket teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to refine marketing approaches and maintain competitive positioning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members to enhance capabilities and ensure long-term success.
- Other ralated tasks assigned by leaders.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- 7+ years in marketing/branding with regional exposure.
- Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, and event management.
- Knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and cross-cultural communication.
- Proficient in social media, content, and marketing analytics.
- Proven success in leading teams, campaigns, and budgets planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in B2B or heavy machine business is a plus.
- Graphic design skill is a plus.
