JOB DETAIL

- Control monthly and yearly account closing with reconciliation
- Handle month-end and year-end management & financial reporting
- Prepare annual budgets, monthly profit and cash forecasts
- Conduct business and financial analysis
- Control and analyze costs and tax
- Fulfill auditing and statutory requirements
- Develop and ensure accounting systems and processes align with company strategy, vision, mission, and values
- Handle tax refund process / tax audit
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and team
- Contact lawyers for legal actions when needed
- Prepare internal control documents
- Responsible for half-year and yearly corporate income tax filing
- Schedule and handle Board of Director meetings every month

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Over 15 years of experience in Accounting / Finance in the construction industry
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position
- Must possess a valid CPD License
- Good analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
- Strong in use of Excel and PowerPoint (able to use payroll software is an advantage)
- Able to write and communicate verbally in English
- Comfortable to work as a team or independently and drive results
