JOB DETAIL

- Prepare and manage service-related documents such as service orders, quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate between customers, service teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive service requests, assign jobs, and track progress with technicians or field staff.
- Maintain and update customer service databases and job records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Handle general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or customer service (experience in after-sales or service department is an advantage)
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT level N2–N3 (certificate required)
-Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Service-minded and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to start work immediately
