JOB DETAIL

You will be responsible for importing of all sports goods and arrangement of domestic carriage until storage in warehouse.

・Process and prepare import documents for custom clearance.
・Coordinate with shipping agencies, custom, government agencies, and shipping department of RHQ via phone call or email in English.
・Liaise with 3rd party logistic company and warehouse to follow up shipments.
・Collaborate with Merchandiser, Sales Support and Finance team to optimize order fulfilment and payment process
・Manage day-to-day operation to meet internal and external requirements and to identify opportunities for improvement
・Monitor on shipment/delivery schedules, import transaction, and other shipping documents
・Maintain knowledge of current international trading terms for import regulatory requirements
・Perform data entry and amendments on our integrated systems as necessary
・Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・At least 2 years’ experience in shipping, specially related import
・Bachelor’s degree in the relevant logistic management or related filed.
・Intermediate level of English
・Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
・Independent, responsible, diligent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
・Good team player and work hard under pressure.
