Department: Financial Solution
Target Client: Banking & Financial Institution (Non-Banking)
Team of 4-5 members (38-40 years old)
Report Directly to Indian Manager

Job Summary:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external vendor resources, internal staff, end users and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project execution, including resource allocation, task tracking, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on project progress using tools like Jira, MS Project, Excel etc.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data privacy standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
- Facilitate project steering committee meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in *IT project management in *financial/banking/fintech solution including involvement in delivering projects with significant complexity, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
-*Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project , excel).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Business level of English (To communicate internally with expatriate internal staffs & MNCs clients).
- Proven experience in manage on-premises and cloud application projects.
- Proven experience of working on site with end users and managing banking and financial services projects.
- Familiar with DevOps practices, latest technologies.
- *Understanding of financial products like loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment instruments.
- *Proven experience of integrating fintech solutions or *working with third-party vendors.
- Proven experience of overseeing vendor contracts, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and third-party risk management.
- Proven knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, cloud platforms).
- Proven knowledge of emerging technologies (blockchain, AI/ML, cloud-native solutions).
