JOB DETAIL

• Plan and control schedule trial of new products in accordance with customer/requester requirements.
• Support the production department in the initial production trial to improve the production process to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Set work standards for the production department and keep them up to date.
• Solve problems from Reject meeting, new parts and others quality problems.
• Design the production process for maximize efficiency, reduce loss.
• Communication with internal and external for sharing information and improvement.
• Collaboration with internal to Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and improvement.
• Design the new parts trial conditions.
• Report progressive to Manager and top management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in the production field, preferably within the automotive industry
• Previous management or supervisory experience is an advantage
• TOEIC score of 350 or above
• Knowledge and understanding of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Proficient in computer-aided design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
