Scope of Work
- Design 'Mechanical Systems in Building Projects'
i.e.;
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Systems
Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
Fire Protection Systems
Utility and Special System Design (for Large Projects)
- Prepare drawing design & construction drawing.
- Assist in making tender scope & drawing for large project or moderately complex project.
- Assist in making presentation & VECD item.
- Assist in plan & design overall concept.
- Apply skill & knowledge for ISO system related tasks.
- Mange and control design schedule.
- Assist in training and review work of junior staff.

Solve Complexity Problem
- Understand existing site condition & prepare Q&A at Tender stage.
- Explain tender document & owner’s document to Sub-contractor.
- Conclude & make final tender scope & drawing.
- Cooperate with other work-related drawings, reply design review comment & able to review outsource design drawing.
- Assist in making addition & deduction work drawing, including owner’s meeting.

Knowledge about work
- Understand and apply law & regulation.
- Understand design work.
- Understand subcontractor drawing & supplier product.
- Pre-check design comment sheet.

Section's supervision
- Prepare application drawing, including another related document.
- Assist in comment & approve of mechanical shop drawing and material.
- Prepare DCI Document.
- Assist in inspection of mechanical product at workshop.
- Assist in design inspection.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- *Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering field.
- At least 10 years in mechanical designing for 'Mechanical Systems in Building Projects' with skills in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit).
- Required mechanical engineer license (2nd class license).
- Intermediate level of English. (To communicate internally and with clients/business partners in MNCs).
