- Oversee construction projects and collaborate with engineers, supervisors and related people in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project.
- Study, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with the Division Heads, and General Manager for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
- Enquires, consults and coord client & consultants in Mandarin Chinese for specification/design concept/MEP/Data Center required/technical clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings and NET meetings.
- Solicit and follow-up with the design/drafting section during tender preparation for method optimizing to reach cost efficiency.
- Review and finalize project cost estimates as prepared by the Estimation Engineer in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material/ equipment/and manpower requirements during the tendering phase; this includes all systems, products, and services to client specifications/requirement.
- Liaise with the procurement department to approved suppliers and subcontractors per project (pre/post tender)
- Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
- Provides all the necessary project clarifications/information upon project award to the Project Manager as per the project budget; Project Manager on contractual rights, remedies which have been taken into consideration during tendering.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, preferably in civil engineering.
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with *data center projects experience (Data center project experience refers to professional involvement in the design, construction, installation, etc.)
- Good general knowledge of construction business and related documents.
- Business level of English, Chinese, and Thai (To communicate internally and with clients/business partners in MNCs).
