JOB DETAIL

Report to Manager

1. End-User Support (IT Helpdesk Support): 150 Users
- Provide services and troubleshoot basic IT issues for internal end-users, including hardware, software, and various system usage problems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
2. Network and Security Management
- Maintain and manage the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as FortiGate Firewall and Aruba Wi-Fi.
- Monitor and ensure network security to prevent cybersecurity threats.
3. Server and Operating System Management
- Manage Active Directory (AD) and Domain Services, including user account management, access rights, and policies.
- Administer and maintain virtualization systems such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Manage and monitor data backup systems using VEEAM Backup.
4. Specialized Systems and Other Equipment Management
- Maintain and support ERP, KDM, Autorack, or other company-specific systems.
5. Device Management
- Manage CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems.
- Maintain and monitor various office equipment such as printers and telephone systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support, network, and system administration
- English is Lower-Intermediate Level.
- Strong knowledge in IT Helpdesk (hardware, software, end-user support)
- Hands-on experience with network devices (FortiGate, Aruba Wi-Fi) and network security
- Skilled in Active Directory, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and VEEAM Backup
- Familiar with ERP or specialized business systems (advantage)
- Able to manage CCTV, printers, and office IT equipment
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
