• Secured in new project financing and refinanced for diverse renewable energy projects (Solar Farm, Wind Farm, Solar Rooftop, Biomass, Waste to Energy) across Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan.
• Managed and monitored loan compliance for projects with a total debt, utilizing bank loans and Green Loans.
• Oversaw the entire loan drawdown process, including analyzing, planning, and executing actions to facilitate drawdowns, ensuring timely processing, complete documentation, and resolution of complex issues with lenders and legal advisors.
• Executed various financing and security documents, meticulously completing all conditions precedent and subsequent for each loan drawdown.
• Secured project financing from banks by effectively engaging with lenders, providing comprehensive project information, and addressing their concerns.
• Calculated and maintained required financial covenants for each project.
• Coordinated cross-functionally with various departments to procure essential internal and external documents and reports.
• Supported the raising through debentures in working capital loans at the holding level to fund equity portions for new projects.
• Prepared essential information for the issuance of Credit Rating reports with TRIS.
• Collaborated with the Business Development department to plan and review project budgets, including conducting cash flow projections.
• Managed expectations of lenders and management, alongside overall financing and compliance timelines.
• Maintained a well-documented system for all loan and related documents, ensuring organization and ready accessibility for future reference.
• Cultivated and maintained excellent business and banking relationships.
• Ensured organizational internal controls and monitoring processes aligned with all stakeholder expectations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, loan administration, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of loan agreements, guarantees, insurance policies, and financing covenants.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).; able to review legal/financial documents accurately.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CFA or other relevant financial certifications is a plus.
