JOB DETAIL

- Prepare and record daily accounting transactions for receipts, payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Verify the accuracy of accounting and financial documents.
- Prepare VAT purchase and sales reports and file various tax returns (PND.1, 3, 53, PP.30).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for submission to management and auditors.
- Handle payroll and employee benefits.
- Coordinate with banks, the Revenue Department, and other relevant agencies.
- Prepare supporting documents for audit purposes.
- Develop and improve accounting systems and internal controls for efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, withholding tax, and relevant laws.
- Proficient in Express accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Ability to close accounts and prepare reports for auditors.
