- Operate and oversee the entire production process using machines (Cutting / Milling / Lathe / Machining Center).
- Act as the Production Unit Leader to manage daily production operations.
- Exchange information with the Factory Manager and Production Control Department regarding production activities.
- Provide training to production staff on machine operation and product inspection methods.
- Supervise and manage the production team to increase machine productivity.
- Create drawings and programs for production using CNC / Machining Center machines.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Propose process improvement initiatives through Kaizen activities.
- Monitor and follow up on daily production results to ensure production targets are met.
- Prepare and revise work instructions as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Comply with environmental and safety regulations, including participation in 5S activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- High vocational certificate in machine tool technology or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in production in the field of machine tool technology, CNC / Machining center
- Knowledge of quality system: ISO9001 / ISO14001
- Able to use ERP system
- Able to use Microsoft programs
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to use tools such as a caliper, micrometer
- Able to use cranes and forklifts
- Able to use SolidWork, SolidCAM, write drawings
