- Responsible for sales of company products and services such as industrial tools, equipment, jig & fixture, and factory automation solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new customers in automotive and related industries.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms (price, payment, delivery), and close deals.
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, and coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and accounting teams.
- Analyze and report sales performance, monitor competitors, and market trends.
- Propose and execute sales promotions, campaigns, customer meetings, and exhibitions.
- Provide after-sales service, resolve issues on product, quality, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in sales for mass market (preferably in industrial products, jig & fixture, or factory automation).
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes; ability to discuss technical aspects with clients is an advantage.
- Intermediate Level of English
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to prepare reports and quotations.
- Personal Attributes: Strong negotiation and presentation skills, customer-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
- Own a valid driver’s license; able to travel to client sites when required (Company car is provided)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
