JOB DETAIL
【Main Duty】
・Provides administrative support for smooth office operations.
【Job Description】
◯Administrative & Coordination Tasks
・Arrange travel and accommodation including hotel reservations, air ticketing, car
rentals, airport transfers, golf/restaurant bookings, and external venues as needed for
business activities.
・Support other departments for business activities.
・Handling other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
◯Expense & Contract Management Tasks
・Manage and renew service agreements, contracts, and subscriptions (e.g., system licenses, car rental agreements, website services).
・Monitor office expenses, ensure timely payments, and track budget utilization.
・Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency and service quality.
・Maintain records of agreements, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Reports To : Accounting Manager / Admin & Finance Manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree (GPA 3.0 UP)
※Can apply new grad
・More than Admin's work experience
・Basic skills in English
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
・No Job hopper
