On-Site Area: Chonburi, Rayong, Ayudhaya, etc.

- Act as key role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the company.
- Oversees construction project and collaborates with engineers, supervisors and related person in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project.
- Studies, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with the Division Heads, and General Manager for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
- Enquires, consults and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/ design concept/ technical clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings and NET meetings.
- Solicit and follow-up with the designing/drafting section during tender preparation for method optimizing in order to reach cost efficiency.
- Review and finalize project cost estimates as prepared by the Estimation Engineer in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material/equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase; this includes all systems, products and services to client specifications/requirements.
- Liaise with the Procurement department to negotiate with approved vendors/suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies/material as per project (pre/post tender).
- Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
- Provide all the necessary project clarifications/information upon project award to the Project Manager as per the project budget; advises the Project Manager on contractual rights, remedies which has been taken into consideration during tendering

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree.
- *Minimum 5 years of experience as 'Project Manager' in construction or real estate industry.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of *project management software and other relevant tools and technologies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field
- *Experienced in 200 milion THB (over 15,000 m2 size project)
- Flexible to travel up country and stay overnight or relocate as needed, upon request, depends on project's location.
