- Manage and control packaging vendor operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate effectively with existing suppliers and identify new vendors when necessary.
- Assign tasks and supervise team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with internal departments and communicate with customers overseas when required.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Factory Manager and Japanese management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of printing processes such as Offset, Digital, and Flexo printing
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
- Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team.
- Experience working in a factory setting.
- Intermediate English proficiency (mainly for emails and reporting to Japanese management).
- Must own a personal car.
