Play a key role in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement across all processes.

Manage both internal and external communications during and after major network incidents or outages, providing all necessary information such as the number of affected circuits and system status.

Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure timely issue resolution and prevent recurrence, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

Respond to business needs by enhancing cybersecurity and reducing potential risks to production systems, including both infrastructure and operations.

Oversee the security configuration of all network devices, including switches and firewalls, using available tools to maintain effective security.

Manage, analyze, and maintain network analytics, monitoring, and access control systems to ensure secure network operations.

Continuously monitor security logs and provide training to enhance network-related skills, ensuring effective support for critical systems, as well as inspecting and analyzing data for security breaches or unauthorized changes in compliance with customer contracts and company policies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in supporting network infrastructure, with proven experience in managing teams in networking or security.

Hands-on experience in network configuration such as VLAN, BGP, Firewall L7, as well as advanced network configuration and complex troubleshooting.

Experience with networking technologies such as VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree, MPLS, Port Aggregation, CIDR, and Routing Protocols (Static, OSPF, BGP) is highly preferred.

Proficiency in using network management tools such as PRTG, Cacti, or Zabbix for monitoring and performance analysis.

Experience in Virtualization and Containerization (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, OpenStack) is an advantage.

Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations with effective communication and problem-solving skills when dealing with customers.

Experience in using ticketing systems to manage customer requests and problem resolution through tracking systems.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.

Strong willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop network skills, including learning from team experience and further studies.

Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
