1. Market Development and Customer Management
1.1 Responsible for selling and promoting cutting tools in the Thai market, providing both pre-sales and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and increase repeat purchase opportunities.

2. Technical Consultation and Support
2.1 Provide technical advice on the selection and application of cutting tools, including adjusting machining parameters according to customer requirements.
2.2 Coordinate with the technical team to resolve on-site production issues and support product improvements.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy Planning
3.1 Study market trends in Thailand, including competitor activities, to develop appropriate sales strategies.
3.2 Prepare suitable sales plans and submit regular sales reports to help improve product lines and pricing strategies.

4. Target Achievement and Collaboration
4.1 Achieve annual sales targets and participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, and company promotional activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of Thailand’s manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Chinese language skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and work effectively in a multicultural environment with a positive team-oriented attitude.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of cutting tools, with the ability to analyze and solve customer issues independently.
- Strong business negotiation skills with the ability to develop new customer bases and expand market share.
- Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
