JOB DETAIL
- Support the Regional HR Manager in Singapore in providing regional HRIS services and solutions.
- Promote system adoption and support end-user engagement across all SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide functional assistance and training to enhance user navigation and system effectiveness.
- Liaise with company HQ and Thai Group companies to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and alignment on initiatives.
- Manage and verify upload templates for accuracy prior to submission to HQ.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve HRIS-related queries before escalating.
- Conduct training sessions ("Train-the-Trainer") and ensure trainers are well-equipped with materials and system knowledge.
- Support the half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors release cycle and assist in managing enhancements.
- Provide login support related to Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Access Services (IAS).
- Participate in new implementations and cross-functional system projects as assigned.
- Gain working proficiency across all modules through cross-training and continuous learning
- Assist with the generation of HR reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity and relevance.
- Act as the liaison for translation support with Thai group companies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in HRIS
- Good command of English (TOEIC500+)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Ability to utilize HR technology as an integral business solution.
