Urgently seeking a skilled Business Consultant with proven experience in supporting companies with BOI processes.

Position level: Consultant / Associate

You will advise and assist clients—mainly Japanese companies—on applying for BOI promotion, maintaining compliance, and maximizing investment privileges.

Job Description:
-Research BOI regulations and updates to ensure clients get accurate advice (BOI policies change from time to time).
-Investigate market entry requirements for new industries or business activities.
-Advise clients on BOI promotion eligibility, requirements, and benefits
-Prepare and review BOI application documents and supporting materials
-Liaise with BOI officers and relevant government agencies on behalf of clients
-Support clients through BOI project approval, amendments, and renewals
-Ensure ongoing compliance with BOI regulations, including reporting and audits
-Provide general business consulting services such as market entry support, regulatory guidance, and company setup advice
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support their business growth in Thailand

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field
・Obtained JLPT N1, to communicate with Japanese clients (English proficiency is not required.)
・Minimum 1.5 year of experience in BOI application and compliance work
・Strong understanding of BOI laws, regulations, and procedures
・Experience working with Japanese companies or in a multicultural environment is an advantage
・Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; Japanese language ability is a plus
・Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
・Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
・Strong analytical thinking skills. (Will be assessed during the interview.)
・No job hopper

Note:
The 1st year will be a contract, 2nd year on become permanent employee.
