REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Good command in English and Japanese skill N3 up
- Experience in handling large accounts and complex sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand technical products and translate features into client benefits
- Familiarity with market trends in construction, agriculture, and electrical appliances is a plus
