• Lead and manage the product planning team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Have a clear understanding of the entire product development process, from idea generation to market launch.
• Gather and analyze product requirements obtained from customers through sales team.
• Collect all necessary information to create comprehensive product proposal, discuss with development team to develop the products that meet market requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with related departments and subsidiaries to develop and launch proper products for each market.
• Update important information such as market situation and competitors’ movement to project committee for future products development.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor main competitors’ movement in important markets and conduct products benchmark.
• Prepare and issue product-related documents at the appropriate stages of each project to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery.
• Answer technical product questions posed by customers to support their sales activities and enhance their product knowledge.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or other Engineering related.
• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge about the technical of vehicle.
• Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
• Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership qualification
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Be able to go Business trip 1-3 times/years
• No job hopper
