【Job Description】
・Import/Export Coordination: Communicate with freight forwarders to arrange sea and air shipments, and manage the smooth transportation of products to overseas suppliers and customers.
・Creation and Confirmation of Trade Documents: Create and verify the accuracy of documents required for import and export, such as invoices and packing lists.
・Support for Customs Clearance: Check product classification numbers (HS codes) and tariff rates, and review customs declarations. This also includes handling procedures related to Thailand's Board of Investment (BOI) incentives.
・Domestic Purchasing and Delivery Management: Issue purchase orders to domestic suppliers and manage deliveries to ensure products arrive as scheduled.
・Inventory Management and Order Planning: Forecast demand to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts and excess stock, and create purchasing plans.
・Warehouse Instruction and Management: Instruct the warehouse on incoming goods and outgoing shipments to customers, and verify inventory accuracy through month-end reports.
・Customer Delivery Arrangement: Issue delivery instructions to the warehouse in response to customer orders and manage product shipments based on the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
・Customer Service and Internal Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding delivery times. ・Coordinate with other internal departments by submitting documents to accounting and providing reports to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
・Quality Control and Audit Support: Conduct supplier evaluations and customer satisfaction surveys based on ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. Support accounting and quality audits by preparing necessary documents and providing explanations.
・Troubleshooting: Address various logistics-related issues, including filing insurance claims for damaged cargo, handling customer complaints, and managing the disposal of defective products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 3 years of experience in import/export and domestic operations
・Intermediate Level of English
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・Work experience at a manufacturer or trading company
・Working experience in Japanese Company
・Experience in the same industry
・Knowledge of BOI, ISO or ISCC
・Experience in handling dangerous goods
・Document concern with Import – Export , Import License (DIW, FDA, Excise Etc..)
