JOB DETAIL
Develop and execute domestic sales strategies and lead special sales projects aligned with business goals
Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to expand market presence and drive sustainable sales growth
Build a new sales team from the ground up, including structure, direction, and performance management
Strengthen relationships with existing clients while proactively developing new business opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis, and present strategic insights to management
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and warehouse departments to ensure end-to-end sales process
efficiency
Work in partnership with Japanese executives and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in team management
Experience in food or FMCG industries is highly desirable
Strong sense of ownership, self-driven, and able to lead initiatives independently
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to establish and grow a new team
Excellent skills in sales analysis, strategic planning, and business communication with executives
Fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing) is required for daily operations
Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment
