JOB DETAIL

1) Planning and support the external relations of company
- Checking Thai legal compliance, related business information.
- Discuss and assist to management for the policy and strategy planning.
- Making report.
- Arrange the appointments for executive visiting, accompanying them, creating meeting minutes,
and internally sharing the information.
- Make a relationship with government officer. Periodically visiting them, creating meeting minutes,
and internally sharing the information.
- Exchange the Information among group companies.
- Support for company business.
2) Providing comprehensive internal support for Chairman.
- Assist to prepare the report, make a schedule and update the objectives of activities
3) Participate with the related association such as, “The Federation of Thai Industries, Steel Industry
Group (FTI, Steel Industry group), Ten Steel associations.
- Join the meeting and gather the direct information, then report to the management.
- Join some activities of the associations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Working experience about 8-10 years.
- Business level in English.
- Japanese Speaking will be big advantage.
- Be able to use the basic program of Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Not necessary but it’s an advantage to have an experience in external relation management, working in
the manufacturing industry, international trading, and legal knowledge.
