【Job Description】
・Attendance management
・Payroll and Provident Fund calculation, preparation, and submission
・Recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
・Management of internal and external facilities (air conditioning, buildings, various alarm systems, etc.)
・Security management
・Welfare benefits and company regulations
・Office equipment and supplies management
・Management of drivers, vehicles, songthaew (local vehicle), and housekeepers
・Occupational health and safety management
・Other duties as assigned by the company

Report to Japanese MD

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 5 years of GA and HR work experience
・More than 5 years of work experience in a factory
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・Knowledge of ISO9000 and ISO14000
・Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Who can start working immediately
・No Job hopper
