JOB DETAIL
- Design, implement, and monitor organization culture programs that align with corporate values and business strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
- Deliver training workshops and culture-related sessions in Mandarin and English.
- Develop internal communication materials to promote values, mission, and behavioral expectations.
- Act as a cultural ambassador to bridge understanding between Chinese and international teams.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires are culturally aligned from Day 1.
- Analyze feedback from engagement surveys and provide actionable insights to enhance workplace culture.
- Collaborate with L&D team to integrate culture into leadership development and talent programs.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in organizational development, employee training, or HR business partnering, with hands-on involvement in leadership or talent development projects.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in facilitating discussions or workshops and presenting ideas clearly.
- Experience in multicultural or cross-border environments is a plus.
- Strong sense of initiative, high emotional intelligence, and a people-oriented mindset.
