JOB DETAIL

Project : Supervising software installation.
Service : After service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the automated warehouse system. (WMS, WCS, and controllers)

Project Supervision
- Oversee and manage the software installation process for automated warehouse systems (WMS, WCS, controllers).
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation according to project timelines.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper integration with warehouse equipment.
- Provide documentation and training to end-users and internal stakeholders.

After-Sales Service & Maintenance
- Deliver technical support and maintenance services post-installation.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular preventive maintenance.
- Identify and resolve system malfunctions and software issues in coordination with support teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software integration between WMS/WCS and warehouse control devices.

Client Support
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding operational issues and system improvements.
- Provide technical advice and improvement suggestions based on system performance analysis.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
- New graduate or candidate with experience in software installation for over 1 year.
- Japanese is Intermediate Level (Required of N3 up)
- English is Intermediate Level
- Some software, IT hardware, network troubleshooting, and software program experience is a plus.
- Must have driving license and own a car.
