JOB DETAIL
1. Coordination and Promotion Area Management
Coordinate and oversee promotion areas, ensure the tidiness and setup of promotional tools at counters, and manage promotional activities such as deposit news or other promotional channels in branches. Handle promotion-on-counter tasks and coordinate with credit sales regarding product orders.
2. Achieving Sales Targets
Plan promotional activities at specific branches to increase monthly sales. Present ideas to the Brand Manager, seek new customer groups, and suggest activities to attract new customers (E, R) and retain existing ones (M). Conduct meetings with BC staff, inspect branches and inventory to ensure goals are met, summarize sales results, and report promotional outcomes. Also engage in direct sales at offices to gain new customer groups.
3. Sales Data Recording and Monitoring
Record sales data and other relevant information every 5 days. Forecast sales and submit data to the Brand Manager. Prepare sales rankings and various reports, check customer numbers and GWP stock, and report to the Brand Manager.
4. Counter, Furniture, and Promotional Tools Management
Oversee counters, treatment rooms, product display setup, cleanliness, products, testers, and GWP readiness. Prepare equipment for new product or main product displays, and ensure proper arrangement. Also manage tools and materials for on-counter or area promotions.
5. BC (Beauty Consultant) Management
Supervise the overall appearance, grooming, and uniforms of BCs. Develop their knowledge, thinking, sales skills, and customer management (F, E, R, M). Follow up on BC activity reports, maintain work schedules, and summarize attendance and overtime reports for HR.
6. Product Delivery and Stock Control
Monitor and control product ordering and gift-with-purchase (GWP) items. Review BC documents and reimbursement reports. Perform stock audits for each branch at least twice a year and report to the Brand Manager. Manage and inspect ordering of promotional tools and internal expenses at the counter. Summarize expenses and report to the Brand Manager.
7. Travel Retail Management (King Power)
Supervise brand counters and staff at King Power as per instructions from the Japanese team. Conduct market analysis, reporting, and monthly meetings with the Japanese side.
8. Reporting
8.1 Prepare reports or perform other tasks as assigned by the Brand Manager.
8.2 Report on competitor brand promotions or interesting activities in department stores.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sale (Department channel)
2. Working knowledge in FMCG such as cosmetic product, haircare, health care.
3. Able to communication in English
4. Able to use MS office, Especially Excel
