JOB DETAIL
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and execute country-level sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in assigned international markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Lead customer meetings and conduct frequent international business trips to build client engagement and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure alignment on execution.
Trade Marketing
- Plan and implement trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to each country.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and positioning.
Team & Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate directly with C-level executives and other departments to support long-term international business development goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report regularly to the management team.
- Act as a key driver of brand visibility and sales performance in overseas markets.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales and/or trade marketing, preferably in snacks or food.
Strong experience working with overseas clients or export markets.
Ability to travel abroad frequently and independently.
Fluent in English; proficiency in any additional Asian languages (Vietnamese, Korean, Malay) is a plus.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team collaboration skills.
