- Develop and implement strategic HRM and HRD plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
- Establish fair and motivating performance appraisal and compensation systems.
- Design and manage training & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Foster an organizational culture of learning, collaboration, and engagement.
- Provide HR consulting and support to management in people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Experience in HR at least 10 years of experience in HR development, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Good command in English. (Proficient in Japanese is considered an advantage)
- Solid understanding of leaning & development, competency models, career development, and succession planning
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS tools and modern learning technologies.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
