JOB DETAIL

• Procure raw materials for production, both from domestic and international sources.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing and suitable product specifications.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues effectively.
• Prepare and manage purchasing documentation.
• Execute purchasing processes.
• Coordinate and follow up on product deliveries.
• Coordinate with the accounting and finance departments regarding payment processing.
• Communicate and follow up with overseas suppliers in cases of defective parts or items not meeting agreed conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Chinese. (HSK level 4 up)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and punctual.
• Strong commitment to working with the company and willingness to learn.
• Able to organize and maintain files/documents effectively, both in physical folders and electronically.
• Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and supervisors.
• Immediate availability to start work is a plus.
