Production Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and set production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity.
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material availability for production.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and materials) to reduce downtime and waste.
Inventory & Material Control
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to balance cost efficiency and readiness.
• Work closely with the procurement team for timely material replenishment.
• Review and approve BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensure planning accuracy.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production output, delays, and inventory levels.
• Report directly to Chinese management with clear planning updates and risks.
Team Management
• Lead and supervise a team of planners and coordinators.
• Conduct training and performance reviews for PPC staff.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments (production, finished good, warehouse, BOI, logistics)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in production planning or production control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production flow, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage.
